Let us first look at the specifications of sending a custom message:
- You can send an instant custom message directly to an individual patient’s Health Harmony Mobile tablet from the clinician Dashboard or the individual Patient Dashboard.
- Once sent, the message will appear on the patient’s Health Harmony Mobile home screen until the patient presses the Dismiss button to acknowledge the message.
- There is a 230-character limit, including spaces, per message.
- Patients cannot reply to messages.
- A history of all messages sent to the patient can be located in the Notes window.
